Welcome to the Beautiful Mind project course

This is a course created in the framework of the KA2 Erasmus+ project reference 2014-1-PL01-KA204-003504, coordinated by the Center of Business Synergy (PL) and with collaboration of CIDET (ES) and Università delle LieberEta (IT)

This course is aimed to trainers that are offering educational activities to senior learners. You will be guided through three modules that will cover three aspects we consider important for the senior's health and well-being.

• Physical and mind health
• Speed reading and mnemotechnics
• Social inclusion in digital world

This is an open course, feel free to register and access the course without any restriction or paying any fee.
